Do you have contractors, stagers, photographers, and others requesting access to your listings, and you must drop everything to let them in? AAOR MLS now offers an effortless way to invite trusted real estate service professionals and out-of-area agents and give them access to Supra lockbox via a one-time exclusive code, managed directly within your Supra eKEY app. And you can do this completely for FREE by passing on the fee to the third-party user!

Supra Single Access offers:

Secure, limited access for your lockbox to out-of-area agents to bring their clients and professional and trusted service providers such as contractors, stagers, inspectors, painters, photographers, and virtual tour companies
Non-transferrable access credentials delivered to these trusted service professionals’ smartphones
Easy to view, modify, and manage the granted access for your lockbox within the Supra eKEY app
Trusted service professionals that you have granted access to have ‘one-button’ (i.e., Obtain Key) within the Supra eKEY app that provides easy access to obtain keys from your own Supra lockboxes

To take advantage of this feature, you must have AAOR MLS access and an active Supra eKEY account set up through AAOR MLS.

What Do You Need to Know About This New Service?

Before using the Supra Single Access feature, here are a few things you should know:

By issuing this code, you agree that the seller has granted you, the listing agent permission, in writing, to provide one-time access to the lockbox and home for out-of-area agents and trusted service providers who assist in the sale of the property (such as contractors, stagers, inspectors, painters, photographers, and virtual tour companies). AAOR MLS reserves the right to request proof of written permission at any time.
As the agent issuing the one-time code, you are responsible for the actions of those who are granted access to the lockbox and may be held liable for any happenings by those who are granted that access.
This one-time access code is not meant for the general consumer, potential buyers to have access without their agent, those not assisting in the sale of the property, or those not affiliated with any of the services listed previously (contractors, stagers, inspectors, painters, photographers, etc.).
AAOR reserves the right to revoke this member benefit from any user at any time, such as anyone abusing the feature, engaging in improper usage, found in direct violation of our MLS Rules and Regulations, Policies and Procedures and/or Bylaws, or perpetrates any other action(s) that may cause revocation, done solely at the discretion of the Aiken Association of REALTORS®.
Single Access Tokens may NEVER be distributed to consumers simply wishing to access a property without their agent present.

What Are The Consequences of Not Abiding By The Single Access Rules?

Failure to abide by the SSA rules will result in the following:

$250 fine for the first offense;
$500 fine and 2-week suspension of the feature for the second offense;
and for any third or more violation, the offender shall appear before the MLS Committee for consideration of discipline to be imposed.

Where can I find training on Supra Single Access?

Who is eligible to receive Single Access Tokens?

Non-members who otherwise aren’t able to access the Supra system.

Any Aiken MLS Subscriber, regardless if they participate in Aiken MLS Supra eKEY program, is not eligible to receive codes.

Consumers simply wishing to view a property without an agent present are NOT eligible to receive Single Access Codes. Consumers should NEVER be granted access into a home without an agent present.

Individuals such as repairpersons, contractors, and out of area real estate agents are eligible to receive Single Access codes at the discretion of the Listing Agent.

How will the Non-Member's access be tracked?

Is there a limit on how many Single Access Tokens I can issue to Non-Members?

How far in advance can I issue a Token to a Non-Member? How long may a Single Access window be set?

My Seller is locked out of their home, can they receive a Single Access Token?

Is there a cost for Single Access?

What happens if I grant Single Access Token to a Non-Member and there is questionable or concerning activity during their access window at the property?

If a Non-Member abuses the privilege of receiving Single Access codes (i.e. items stolen from property, consumers let in to see property without agent present, etc.), it is the responsibility of the Listing Agent/Listing Broker to report such activity to the Aiken MLS Staff as soon as they are made aware of such issues. Non-Members misusing Supra Single Access on Aiken MLS lockboxes will be deemed ineligible to receive Single Access tokens in the future, so long as the misuse is reported to Aiken MLS Staff accordingly.

Can I change a Non-Member's access window once it's been set?

Yes, so long as the access window has not yet been reached, the Aiken MLS Subscriber who issued the Token may navigate to their eKEY app, select “Manage Access”, then “Recent Invites”, then “Modify” next to the Token they wish to change. Once the new Date/Time has been entered, the Aiken MLS Subscriber will select “Modify” to update accordingly. This will issue the Non-Member another invite email letting them know the access window has been updated.

What happens if I send a Non-Member a Token but they cancel the appointment prior to the access time?

So long as the access window has not yet been reached, the Aiken MLS Subscriber who issued the Token may navigate to their eKEY app, select “Manage Access”, then “Recent Invites”, then “Cancel” next to the Token they wish to remove, then select “YES” to confirm the token needs to be cancelled. The system will display a red banner indicating “Cancelled” next to the former access details.

Can out-of-area agents access Aiken MLS Supra Lockboxes via Single Access tokens?

So long as the individual receiving the Single Access token is NOT an MLS Subscriber/Member of AAOR, they are eligible to receive Single Access tokens to access Aiken MLS Supra lockboxes, upon listing agent discretion.

If an out-of-area agent is granted a Single Access Token from an Aiken MLS Subscriber and that out-of-area agent has a Supra eKEY from their Primary MLS, please ensure the out-of-area agent has properly updated their eKEY app to version 5.11.1.XXX or higher.
