The Palmetto Referral Network is a data sharing collaboration between Coastal Carolinas MLS, Greater Greenville MLS, Lowcountry Regional MLS, the Multiple Listing Service of Spartanburg, Inc., Greater PeeDee MLS and Aiken MLS facilitated through RPR®. There are currently over 14,600 Realtors® in South Carolina participating.

The Network was created to enable broader access to listings within the state of South Carolina, thereby equipping our members to better serve their clients. This collaboration will also provide opportunities for referrals.

No, this is a data share partnership. Each participating MLS remains a separate legal entity, operating as an individual business with their own board of directors.

No, the source data will remain with each MLS respectively. In RPR®, listing information from each MLS may or may not display together in search results depending on the search parameters used. Users can also search for "My Listings" and "Listings in my MLS."

The data fields that are already available in Aiken MLS as well as off-market statuses and the Member Remarks fields from the participating MLSs.

Sharing of listing information will be available through an information exchange on the Realtor Property Resource (RPR®) website & app.

Remember, RPR® is a member benefit of the National Association of REALTORS® and is included in your NAR dues.

No. Participants and subscribers will have access to the shared data as part of the existing services provided by Aiken MLS through its participation in the Network.
