Year to date, the median price is $307,950, a +6.2% change from this point in 2025, when the median price was $290,000.

Inventory data shows more homes for sale than the same period last year, with 1,399 homes listed as “active” for sale in Aiken at the end of last month- representing 4.8 months of available inventory.
