284 homes sold in March in the Aiken region at a median price of $307,000.

Year-to-date, sales volume has decreased 0.7% with 746 homes sold in 2025 compared to 746 at this point last year.

Year-to-date median sales price is $299,730, a 6.7% increase from last year, when the median price was $280,860.  Inventory data shows 23.3% more homes for sale than the same period last year, with 1,291 homes listed as “active” for sale in Aiken at the end of March, representing just under 4.5 months of available inventory.
