220 homes sold in February in the Aiken region at a median price of $299,450.

Year-to-date, sales volume has decreased 0.4% with 449 homes sold in 2026 compared to 451 at this point last year. Median sales price is $299,000, a 5.9% increase from last year, when the median price was $282,460.  Inventory data shows 20.4 more homes for sale than the same period last year, with 1,249 homes listed as “active” for sale in Aiken at the end of February, representing 4.3 months of available inventory.
