Year to date, the median price is $310,000, a +5.5% change from this point in 2025, when the median price was $293,900.

Inventory data shows more homes for sale than the same period last year, with 1,382 homes listed as “active” for sale in Aiken at the end of last month- representing 4.7 months of available inventory.
