Year-to-date, sales volume has decreased 2.5% with 1,005 homes sold in 2026 compared to 1,031 at this point last year.

Year-to-date median sales price is $308,500, a 8.3% increase from last year, when the median price was $284,900.  Inventory data shows 20.5% more homes for sale than the same period last year, with 1,382 homes listed as “active” for sale in Aiken at the end of last month, representing 4.7 months of available inventory.
