Sail away and take 10 hours of continuing education while enjoying a 7 night Eastern Caribbean cruise! Classes will be on sea days so you won’t miss the amazing ports of call. All CE will be free on the cruise when you book through Jackie Menger at AAA Vacations! You must complete and return an ABOR Real Estate School registration form 60 days prior to sailing. All classes will count for SC 2017-2018 renewals and 10 elective hours for GA.

Ports of Call: Port Canaveral, FL; Nassau, Bahamas; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Rates are subject to change due to placement on ship and specials. Currently under $1,000 per person including tax!  Deposit of $250 per person due by July 25, 2016 with balance due by Dec 12, 2016.

LLR Requirements to obtain a SC Real Estate License:

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or a GED.

  2. You must take 90 hours of Education to obtain a Real Estate License.  (SEE our schedule below)

  3. SCLLR Requires that you submit information via their website to have a criminal background check completed PRIOR to submission of your application to become a Real Estate Licensee.

  4. Upon successful completion of the Educational Courses, you will then submit your SCLLR application and Certification that we will issue to you to the SC Real Estate Commission.

  5. Once the Commission has approved your application, you can then schedule your SC Real Estate License Exam with the PSI testing center.
